I’ve considered going with the traditional mahogany office desk, but when I thought about the grand size of the room and how I like to keep things organized, I think I should look at a L Shaped Computer Desk for the home office. With an L-Shaped Computer Desk, I can section out my work and documents among study, work, and entertainment.

For example, if I want to read one of my favorite books, Secrets of The Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker, I can have that laid out with notepad for notes on one end and then in the middle, I can have reference materials for education. In the meat of the desk, I’ll have my laptop, printer, cables, and all stationary I need to efficiently work on the web.

I looked Amazon and I do like the look of the Room Essentials L-Shaped Glass Desk, but it is not substantial enough for me. I need longer sides and a thicker base to provide adequate surface area, storage, and sturdiness.

I do not immediately see what I’m looking for, but a more modern version of the “L Shaped Computer Desk With Storage”. This is sturdy, has storage space and appears large enough to handle all my documents and items in good order, but the look is too antiquated. I would like a more modern look with black color.

Of the L-Shaped Computer Desks, the closest I’ve seen to the basic version I want is the Tuxedo Series L-Shaped Desk by Bush Industries. It’s black and has a good basic shape, but I need something larger. To be more specific, I’m after a large sized surface area with storage and longer sides. I want the quality of sturdy, but I also don’t want an oak tree.
