When will Inception be released to RedBox? I wanted to watch the acclaimed Inception movie today but realized that it hadn’t been released just yet, but it is about to be released. Word on the web is Inception will be released December 7th by Warner Brothers. But the question is when will Inception be released at RedBox?
I really don’t need to own the Inception movie, I just want to watch it so paying $1 to me is a lot better than buying it for $20. I had no interest in seeing Inception until recently I looked up the reviews and it was basically A’s across the board both from critics and users – not that I really care for critics reviews of any movie really.
Anyways, you came here looking for the date that Redbox would have Inception. I did research and you can expect Inception at Redbox on January 5th. Warner Brothers has demanded that RedBox not rent out any movies until 28 days after release – they want you to buy the movie first and not wait to rent it. BTW, this goes for seeing Inception at Netflix and that’s assuming Netflix could get Inception. Obviously, this estimated Inception rental release date may be off by 2 days give or take but you can see the bad news is if you’re waiting for Inception to be at RedBox, then you’ve got about a month from the date of this post.
One idea for legally owning Redbox before this date is to have a good old fashion movie night. Buy Inception for $20 or whatever it is and have a group of friends and family over for a viewing party – maybe around Christmas time. Just ask for $2-$3 bucks per person and you’ll get your money back and everybody gets to watch the Inception movie. I really can’t wait to watch it since it got such great reviews. If you have the patience, you’ve got to wait until early January to rent Inception from Redbox.
